Titans sweep past Southwestern Oregon

COOS BAY — Jackson Soto went 2-for-3 with a triple and two RBIs to lead Lane to an 8-2 victory over Southwestern Oregon in the second game of an NWAC baseball doubleheader on Friday.

Logan Zozaya had two hits and drove in two runs for the Titans, and Tielar Murray also had two hits, including a double.

In the opener, Lane Kashiwamura had an RBI double and Trestyn DuMilieu pitched seven innings of one-hit ball to lead Lane to a 5-3 victory and the sweep. Tim Storms and Matt Aguilar had two hits apiece for Lane.
