Titan Women Come in #6 in NWAC Coaches Poll

Vancouver - The Lane Women's soccer team was voted 6th overall in the second coaches poll of the season, released by the conference on Sept. 29.

The Titans, 2014 and 2015 defending Southern Region Champions, are 6-2-2 overall and 4-0-0 in Southern Region play.

The Titan's only two losses this season were handed to them by the top two teams in the league: Defending NWAC champion, Spokane (1^st in the poll), and Peninsula (2^nd in the poll). The Titan's drew with #7 Walla Walla on the road earlier this season.

Lane continues Southern Region play with a match up at Portland CC on Saturday, Oct. 1. After a 7-game road stretch, the team returns to Eugene on Saturday, Oct. 15 when they host Clackamas for a Southern Region match up.
