More Titans qualify for NWAACC Track & Field Championships

OREGON CITY, OR - With several athletes competing at Hayward, Lane sent most of it's throwers to the Cougar Open on Saturday which paid off for some.  New qualifiers came in the Men's Hammer from Schuyler Short 143' 11.16" (43.87m) and William Kunkle 42' 5.44" (43.42m).  Hanna Person (pictured) qualified in the Women's Hammer throwing 130' 5.74" (39.77m), and improved on her Discus qualifying mark throwing 124' 0.58" (37.81m).  Kayla Johnson also improved on her Discus mark heaving it 125' 3.93" (38.20m).  For all the results, please see link.
