Lane gets by SWOCC

Ryuya Eguchi and Ian Boozer scored goals in the last 10 minutes to give Lane a 3-2 victory over Southwestern Oregon in an NWAC Southern Region men’s soccer game on Saturday.

The Lakers had taken a 2-1 lead on a goal by Morgan Smith in the 66th minute, but the Titans (3-4, 1-2 Southern Region) tied the score on Eguchi’s unassisted goal in the 75th minute, and Boozer scored the game-winner 3 minutes later off a pass from Christopher Cardenas.

Ethan Ferguson scored Lane’s first goal off a pass from Boozer in the 49th minute.
