Everett sweeps Lane in baseball

Everett swept Lane Community College in a nonconference season-opening baseball doubleheader at PK Park on Saturday. The Trojans won the opener 6-2 and then followed with a 7-4 victory in Game 2.

Jackson Soto hit a two-run home run for the Titans in the first game. Cade Kissel scored twice for Lane in the second game. Colton Sakamoto scored once in each game.
